• Rush Service no charge - check for availability.
• Samples: Random - no charge. Sample kits - no charge.
• Production Samples: No extra cost with the exception of die charge: add 1-2 weeks to delivery time.
• Quantity: Less than minimum orders available at twice the price of lowest quantity.

• Overruns: Since all merchandise is custom made, allow 5 to 10 percent overrun.
• Imprinting: Die struck, etched, silkscreen, and hot stamped.
• F.O.B.: All shipments are F.O.B.; factory in New York.
• Terms: Net 30 - New customers - credit card payment required.

• Catalog: All items are actual size.
• Drop/Split Shipments: Over 1 - $5.00(X) per shipment.
• Returns: Must have authorization before returning.
• Paper Proof: No charge.
• Die charges: All dies are billed at factory cost and shall remain property of Stone Enterprises for exclusive use. We have the right to dispose of dies after a period of 3 years. $100.00 release charge per die to release dies.
• Shipping and Handling: $5.00(X) on all shipments per box.
